JUST LISTED!!!

Working with Daniella Vona was an excellent experience. She definitely exceeded my expectations. My brother and I had a unique situation in that we needed to sell 2 properties (one of which that was not even on the market) in order to buy a new condo that we both "had to have" - all this, in less than 2 weeks. Final Verdict - we sold both condos, got the best value for both and paid a fair market price (possibly below) for the new condo ....all in less than 2 weeks! Daniella is excellent with follow-up, very personal, professional and was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was a breeze. I rarely give recommendations to anyone, especially to a close friend or family member. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Daniella to anyone.
