I would like to take this opportunity to write this letter regarding the wonderful experience while working with Daniella Vona. I really don’t know how I could have made it without her. Daniella was very professional especially true caring in nature towards her client which was myself. One perfect example is when she assured me on a Saturday night text past midnight that the offer was complete this shows great indication of her commitment towards her services. Working with Daniella Vona was an excellent experience. She definitely exceeded my expectations. My brother and I had a unique situation in that we needed to sell 2 properties (one of which that was not even on the market) in order to buy a new condo that we both "had to have" - all this, in less than 2 weeks. Final Verdict - we sold both condos, got the best value for both and paid a fair market price (possibly below) for the new condo ....all in less than 2 weeks! Daniella is excellent with follow-up, very personal, professional and was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was a breeze. I rarely give recommendations to anyone, especially to a close friend or family member. However, I would not hesitate to recommend Daniella to anyone.
